Its 200 m², its spacious rooms and its peaceful setting make it an ideal place for gatherings with family or friends, just 5 minutes from the center of Castres. 🛋️ On the ground floor A spacious living room flooded with light welcomes you with its lounge, its convivial dining area and its large fully equipped kitchen. Overlooking the living room, the mezzanine offers additional space to relax, read or work, with a sofa, a reading corner and a proper desk. On this level, you will also find a separate toilet, a laundry room, and direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. 🛏️ Upstairs The house has 3 bedrooms, all accessible via a staircase. Each has storage spaces, including a large walk-in closet in one of them. 🚿 A bathroom and a second independent toilet are located near the bedrooms. 👶 For toddlers A folding crib is available for your use free of charge. 🌿 The outdoors Enjoy a private, leafy garden for sharing meals or relaxing in the great outdoors. Located just across the street from the house, it is separated from the house by a small path leading to the neighboring houses, which is very rarely used. In the summer, the swimming pool, charcoal barbecue, gas plancha and ping pong table invite you to make the most of the sunny days. 🛏️ Bedrooms suited to your stay In order to adapt the house to the size of your group, the bedrooms are prepared according to the number of guests indicated at booking: • 1–2 people: 1 bedroom • 3-4 people: 2 bedrooms • 5-6 guests: 3 bedrooms Bedrooms not included in your configuration will remain closed during the stay. If you would like to have more rooms, especially to sleep separately, you can request that they be prepared before your arrival, for an additional fee of €20 per extra room, per stay. 🐾 Your furry friends Pets are allowed upon request and subject to conditions, in order to ensure everyone's comfort: • No access to beds, sofas and armchairs. • Make sure to avoid any scratching of the hardwood timber floors, walls and furniture. • Pick up waste, including in the garden and around the house. • Do not allow pets to access the pool. In the event of damage or if exceptional cleaning is required (hair, significant soiling, etc.), additional fees may be charged upon presentation of receipts. Guest access 🏡 You have access to all the living areas, as well as the garden and pool, which are entirely private and reserved for your exclusive use. 🛏️ The bedrooms are accessible according to the number of people listed when booking, as specified in the listing description. 🔒 The garage and attic are reserved for private use and are not accessible during your stay.
