Full RV hookup spot with electric, wifi, and water. There are 20amp and 30amp options on the beakers. Located on my 3.5 acre property in the Michigan Upper Peninsula. There are 5 lakes and a small, charming village within 10 miles. Electric is 20 AMP service by default, but 30 AMP available upon request and is $5 more per day. There is also a 50 AMP EV charger available for an extra fee and a 16ft boat available for rent, both on the property. Enjoy some beautiful views and welcome to the U.P.! The space My property is a beautiful piece of land 3.5 acres in size. Located in the heart of the U.P. around plenty of lakes, popular tourist destinations, and a cute village which has everything you need. The mobile home is my residence, so I do live on property but feel free to reach out regarding any concerns. Guest access Just bring your own camper, park it, and enjoy! Other things to note For any maintenance questions or concerns regarding electricity and the hookups, my co-host and dad, Neal will be happy to be of assistance. Due to the property being located near several large bodies of water, the summer heat, and the humidity, there may be quite a few bugs, so remember to bring bug spray! We do own a small dog who goes out on the property to do her business as well as whenever one of us goes out. She is very sweet and loving. But if bringing along your own pet, we would appreciate it if you could keep an eye on them while they roam or have them on a leash. Feel free to ask any questions you want! We will do our best to answer info about recreational activities nearby, what the property is like, really anything, even the weather!
