Very quiet house, with open kitchen on living room with fireplace. We offer 3 bedrooms in our house with enclosed grounds, swing and swimming pool. Rooms are booked individually on this site. We are located close to the F.F.E. park in Lamotte Beuvron (13 km), and the Gam Fair. Close to the Loire Valley Castles and Beauval Zoo (45 minutes). Many hiking trails are to be discovered, by bike or on horseback!!! 10 km from the A71 highway exit 2 hours from Paris The space It is a house with an open kitchen to the living and dining room as well as a fireplace. To access the bedrooms, a staircase with a ramp. The bathroom with Italian shower is upstairs as well as the toilet. A terrace with small garden furniture in front and a table with chairs on the terrace behind. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen and dining room. Outside the terrace and pool when the weather is nice. During your stay We are here to welcome you upon arrival and remain available during your stay (with discretion) Other things to note We have a swimming pool and 2 fish ponds, for children they can stay outside but accompanied.
