Perfect landing pad while visiting your JMU student or just a weekend getaway. A five minute drive from the JMU football stadium, downtown restaurants, and exit 245 off I-81. 30 minutes from the Shenandoah Nat’l Park, George Washington National Forest, and Massanutten Resort. The space 800 sq ft basement with spacious bedroom with queen size bed and large closet. Full bathroom with shower. Living room includes a pull out couch (double) and small twin pull out couch, coffee maker, keurig, mini fridge with freezer, and microwave. Large smart TV, uber fast wifi. Large windows in the living room and bedroom that let in natural light with blinds and curtains on both. Small covered patio with swing and seating area looking out towards a wooded lot. Ample parking available along a quiet side street. This space is below a young family home that has been sound tested however not absolutely sound proofed. Guest access Guests are able to utilize the living area, bedroom, bathroom, and back patio area. To access the property, park along the side street near the driveway and walk into the backyard. The access door is under the screened porch/on the ground floor patio. Other things to note There is a dog on the property. She is a friendly chocolate lab named Doah and will not enter your living space (unless you invite her to do so). The wood stove shown in photos is not safe for guest use.
