Description

Welcome to my colorful old building home. The bright and large room, with the cozy morning sun balcony and views of the garden, offers tranquility close to the city center. The apartment is located near our popular swimming lake with lots of forest. In all seasons, you can relax wonderfully or work undisturbed in the room. Bicycles are safe here. Start your day with a lovingly prepared BREAKFAST and just feel comfortable. :) The space My apartment is located in a listed villa. Within a few minutes' walk you are directly in the historic old town center with all the offers that make daily life more beautiful. Feel at home in an undisturbed atmosphere. The room, bathroom (with shower over the bathtub) and kitchen are located on the east side of the house and so you are often greeted with sunshine in the morning. In pleasant weather, you can have a wonderful breakfast and relax on the flower-filled balcony. 1-2 people can sleep on the fold-out round couch (ground level). A comfortable single bed is separate. Linens and towels are provided for each guest. There is a varied breakfast, gladly taking into account your wishes. I have two cute female dogs. (Bolonka-Zwetna is a small non-shedding dog breed). Both are sweet, playful and accept new visitors. Guest access Balcony with bench, table and chairs, ashtray (smoking is only allowed on the balcony) Internet access in the room + Wi-Fi Kitchen and bathroom use (shared) Washer Parking is free on the street in front of the house. It is only about a 12-minute walk to the lake. And Müritz National Park is about 40 minutes away by car. During your stay I want my guests to be undisturbed. We are happy to be on the road together if it is helpful. In the room there is a lot of literature, including about the surroundings. Books/magazines and board games are also available. There is no TV. Other things to note Founded in 1248 by Knight Herbord von Raven, Neubrandenburg has a lot to offer... some only at second glance. The old town center is surrounded by the historic city wall with its 25 Wiek houses and its 4 gates from the Middle Ages. A so-called Hudewall surrounds the old town like a green ribbon with walking paths. Our Marienkirche, which has been converted into a concert hall, is now considered an extraordinary sound experience worldwide and offers the perfect setting for many musical events. In the summer of 2017, its new organ with a total of 2,852 pipes was inaugurated. The longest pipe measures 6.00 m and the smallest only 11 mm in length. The completely modernized regional museum of the city, the small hidden shops in the old town and the beautiful surroundings of Lake Tollense with many beautiful swimming spots and developed cycling trails (cycling path around the lake about 35 km) encourage you to discover the lake comfortably by passenger ship...with the ride through a narrow water canal in a nature reserve. There is also a canoe and pedal boat rental. Small cafes and restaurants are inviting for relaxing in many places. There are several well-kept children's playgrounds directly on the lake. Our forests extend to the shores of Lake Tollense and the surrounding area is an oasis for hikers and cyclists.
