Crane Haven

This is a family-friendly split-level home. A Tri-plex with three identical 1970's era townhouses! Crane Haven is the middle unit; a shared patio and exit stairs are typical city living! Upstairs you'll enjoy a Queen Bedroom and office (with a daybed) living room, kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs includes a King Bedroom, Double Twin bedroom, laundry and bathroom. A long term rental. 30 days to six months. Ten minutes from downtown, Near Hospitals and bus lines. Perfectly situated in our City. Guest access You will be able to access everything in the house save for one closet. Parking is one car center carport and one behind at the property line. Lights are movement sensitive, so paths are visible. The front door is code access and the patio door is locked from the inside. Not Handicap accessible. Other things to note Please be courteous to your neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum. Please also make sure to sort trash and recycling accordingly. I've included detailed instructions in the "IN HOUSE" manuel. We have separate receptacles in the kitchen. If you are staying on Tuesday plan on taking the cans to the curb! Thanks!
