Family friendly oasis, near-it-all, Yaquina Bay!

Spacious 1,800 sq foot- 3 bedroom home with 2 baths near the beach and much more. This stand alone, family-friendly house is on a quiet street very near to the beach. Only a short walk (0.1 miles) to beach access at Yaquina Bay State park & lighthouse. We are also a very short distance to the Historic Bayfront, 0.9 miles away! Cut through the Yaquina State Park and walk to the Bayfront in under 15 minutes. Occasionally, you can ever hear Sea Lions barking from our front porch! The space This home is located in Newport on the beautiful Oregon Coast. It is 2 blocks from the beach and from Yaquina Bay State Park. Its a great place to use as a home base while exploring all the great things the Oregon Coast has to offer. This home can sleep 8 guests comfortably and has a great space upstairs for people to gather or kids to sprawl out and play with our train tracks or cuddle up with a movie. Downstairs we have a wood stove, great for warm fires in between walks on the beach. Large kitchen, with chairs around the island, fun for kids to help make pancakes in the mornings! Large house, plenty of room for 2 families, we have two full-size sleeper sofa beds in addition to the 3 bedrooms. Guest access Fully Stocked Kitchen (non-food) -Keurig Coffee Maker -Coffee Pot -Griddle -Toaster -Microwave -Many Pots and Pans -BBQ The Kitchen island has a bar on one side that can seat 5 people as well as a large table that can seat 6. The Rec Room upstairs has lots of room for kids to play or watch movies while the adults play cards on the poker table. The black closet at the top of the stairs has plenty of toys for small children, a large doll house, even a wooden train set and old Disney movies. Feel free to sign into your streaming services on any of the TVs. The Master bedroom, upstairs, has its own bathroom as well as its own entrance out to the back deck. This room has a King bed. The two bedrooms downstairs each have a Queen bed along with a dresser and extra shelves to store your things during your stay. Kitchen is located downstairs along with the main living room and one bathroom. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower. Other things to note Max capacity for our house is 8 guests per city ordinances. Please be respectful of this. Violation of max capacity could cause us to be unable to rent our house and end your stay prematurely. Please note there are steps to get into the home. Please review pictures before booking.
