In the heart of Burgundy

We live in a village house we've renovated ourselves. The house is located 30kms from Dijon (free freeway), 25kms from Beaune (paying freeway), a few kilometers from the Ouche valley. The lake is 1km away, where you can enjoy a swim. Forests surround our village. Photos will be online within a week! The space The house includes : Ground floor: - 1 office / guest room with sofa bed, - 1 bathroom (shower) - 1 toilet, - 1 living room with sofas (1 convertible) / Cinema screen and video projector / Audio system, - 1 fitted kitchen on the 1st floor under the rafters : - 1 master suite (190*160 bed with 1 mezzanine serving as games room and TV room + 1 en-suite bathroom with corner bath) - large volume, - 1 children's bedroom with 1 single bed, - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (190*140cm) - 1 toilet, CAVE : - washing machine, - outdoor games, - children's games, - bread maker OUTSIDE: - 1 garden adjoining the house with wooden terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Raspberry, pear and cherry trees available ;-) Important notes; - the house has a lot of stairs (unsuitable for people with reduced mobility), - the house is strictly ‘No Smoking’, - the house is not air-conditioned, but fans are available, - Bed linen and towels are provided. - depending on the period, our cat may be present and is used to frequenting the house (beware of allergies!). A studio with its own entrance has been set up in part of the house. It will either be unoccupied or can be rented on request. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property
