Situated on a quiet part of the beachfront at Port Broughton, this cosy and recently renovated little shack is a perfect place to get away. Family and pet friendly with a secure yard for medium and large dogs. Fish for yellowfin whiting or rake for Blue Swimmer Crabs on the beach directly in front of the shack. Undercover, off street and gated parking for your car and boat. Enjoy using the 4 burner hooded BBQ or simply sit back and watch the amazing sunsets Port Broughton is famous for. The space Bedroom 1 Queen bed Bedroom 2 Queen bed Bedroom 3 2 x single beds with trundle (trundle suitable for child only - please see photo) Sheets, towels, quilts, pillows and blankets supplied. Kitchen Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need - electric oven, microwave, air fryer, deep fryer, toaster, kettle, toastie maker, milkshake maker, Nespresso pod machine and frother. Large fridge and freezer. Lounge has a comfy sofa bed that can sleep 2 extra if needed and a rattan double seater with 55inch high definition TV and DVD player. The lounge and kitchen has a split system air conditioner. Bathroom: Straight from the 1970's it is functional and has a shower and basin plus a front loading washing machine. Separate toilet. The porch has a teak and glass outdoor setting with comfortable chairs to enjoy the beachfront. There is a large fenced yard to keep kids and pets safe plus a large carport suitable for keeping cars and boats safe. The shack is 2 km from the Port Broughton Jetty or 3 km from Fisherman Bay jetty - both excellent facilities. Just 2.5km from the town centre with and excellent pub, supermarket, hardware store and bakery. Pet Friendly We love dogs and want you to be able to holiday with all of your family too. Pets are allowed inside but please be courteous and remove all pet evidence before you leave. The yard is fenced with an exclusion wire mesh. This fence is perfect for medium and larger dogs, but may not be great for tiny pups. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the shack other than a locked shed.
