Our 40 sqm holiday apartment, perfect for a getaway in three countries (Germany, Luxembourg, France), is located in a quiet spot on the Moselle promenade in Perl-Besch. The living area offers a green view of the garden and a side view of the Moselle River. The apartment features a separate bedroom with TV and a sofa bed in the living room, also with TV. An open, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living space. Other things to note The interior bathroom (5 sqm) has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment is on the first floor and is one of four units in the building. Parking is available at the property. The surroundings offer plenty of activities across three countries: Luxembourg, France, the Moselle cycle path to Koblenz and into France, stand-up paddling, panoramic hiking trails, the Saarschleife in Orscholz, Trier, Roman ruins, and much more. - Pet allowed payment 10EUR per pet per night Please keep in mind that you will be requested to submit both your arrival data (passport data, flight data, contact information) after booking so that the homeowner can plan your stay and check-in accordingly.
