A cozy house with a large open terrace on a plot with an alpine landscape. Fresh air, forest, Yakhroma river, spring, silence and relaxation are perfect for a family holiday with children or for a friendly company. In summer, you can walk in the woods for mushrooms, berries, fishing, balloons, hang gliding. The space Sunny chalet, with panoramic windows, is located in a fenced area with parking for 2 cars and is equipped with a water purification system and autonomous eco sewerage. The house has 3 isolated bedrooms (1 room: double bed, 2 rooms: single bed, folds into a double bed, 3 rooms: double bed and a children's bed for our little guests) and a kitchen-living room with a soft sofa and cozy pillows for relaxation. The layout of the chalet - isolated bedrooms provides the guest with the opportunity for privacy and relaxation. Comfortable accommodation: 2 couples, infant + child or adult on a single bed or 2 adults and 4 children + infant. Max guests: 3 couples and a baby. Sleeping on the sofa in the kitchen-living room is not allowed. Upon request, we provide: a high chair for feeding, a bathtub, a playpen for a child, a changing table, a radio nanny for the youngest guests and a fan. Guest access The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a gazebo on the property. In summer, there are sun loungers outside. There is garden furniture in the barbecue area and on the terrace, a brazier with a grate and skewers, and a fireplace for evening gatherings. A good mood is guaranteed;) Other things to note The house is equipped with a water purification system and an autonomous eco sewer. We use ECO household chemicals (BIODEGRADABLE). We wish you to treat everything in the house with love and care. If guests plan to stay for 4 days/3 nights and/or actively use the dishwasher, please be sure to bring capsules (BIODEGRADABLE) for the dishwasher, we will provide you with 2 pcs. If you are planning to stay for 5 days/4 nights or more, please bring eco-friendly detergents (BIODEGRADABLE): dishwashing liquid, washing powder and fabric softener, as well as dishwasher capsules. No smoking in the house or on the terrace. Toilet paper and other hygiene products must be disposed of strictly in the trash bin. If you damage the property, you will have to pay for it. IMPORTANT: the house is located next to the ski slopes of Sorochan, the local landscape is hilly, in winter we have an extreme check-in, we recommend all-wheel drive cars. Without a four-wheel drive, it will not be difficult to descend, but in snow and ice it will be difficult to climb.
