Treat yourself to a break of calm and well-being in the heart of Alsace on the Wine Route. Our accommodation welcomes you in a warm, natural and friendly atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the vineyard and the surrounding countryside. Bright and spacious, the house has a large living room that combines comfort and modernity. The rooms offer all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, whether you're traveling as a couple, with family or friends. The space The house is arranged in half-levels with: On the ground floor: a large entrance, laundry room and toilet On the garden level: a large kitchen with central island open to the dining room and living room. This beautiful living space overlooks a 50 m2 terrace with stunning views of the vineyard. On the 1st half level: a master bedroom with 180 x 200 bed, with dressing area and private bathroom. A 2nd double bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. On the 2nd half level: a 3rd double bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and an extra single bed. The house offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, whether you're traveling as a couple, with family or friends. The house is located in Itterswiller, 35 minutes from Strasbourg and Colmar by car, 20 minutes from Obernai, 20 minutes from the foot of Haut Koenigsbourg, the Volerie des Aigles and the Montagne des Singes. It is a very small Alsatian village certified 4 flowers, ideal for a walk in an enchanting setting. It is an ideal base for many hikes and bike rides. The village has 3 quality restaurants and many Alsatian wine tasting cellars, including our family estate. There is no shop in the village, but bakery, butcher, pharmacy and small supermarket are located 5 minutes away in the surrounding villages. Guest access You have access to the whole house except the garage and the cellar. We do not stay there but are nearby in the event of any problems. Other things to note This is a new house. Construction was completed in May 2025. The landscaped garden has been freshly planted. The house is on half-levels, and therefore has many stairs.
