Group accommodation Romantic watermill

We warmly invite you to our spacious group accommodation, our mill and the former cooperative building. You can relax with us, switch off from everyday life, picnic and play on our meadows, enjoy nature on the nearby vineyard, work in peace. It is quite possible to meet with friends or family. In our club room you can work well, dance exuberantly, set up a table or use it as a large sleeping room. The space Our group accommodation, the former shop of a cooperative, was built exactly 40 years ago and is now decorated in the style of the 70s and 80s. In the house and in the associated courtyard there is plenty of space for a group of up to 20 people. We have three double rooms (2x2 single beds, 1x double bed), a large club room (140 sqm) with additional sleeping options (6 comfortable folding mattresses, a sofa bed, 2 more sofas and other mattresses). We provide sheets for the beds and mattresses. Please bring either blankets/pillows or sleeping bags and everything else for a cozy night's sleep. In the courtyard there is space for 4 minibuses and it is possible to camp behind the barn by the stream. Additional rooms can be used in our historic watermill right next door (two single and one double room). The Ladenhof and the Mühlenhof are separated by our "Chicken Island" and connected by a small path. In the group accommodation there are two toilets, a urinal, two huge showers, a vintage kitchen and in the courtyard plenty of space with an outdoor kitchen (gas burner, washbasin), fireplace, terrace, cozy places... Our Mühlenhof is a place for rest and relaxation. You can also use our vineyard and our old orchard for walks, games and picnics. In our large club room you can dance, sing, make music, eat together. It is also suitable for seminars, rehearsals and exams and can be individually set up. Our farm is also home to two wonderful and very cheerful pigs, four funny chickens, a lonely rabbit, a shy cat and a tomcat who is already looking forward to seeing you. Guest access You can move freely around the courtyard, use the garden and enjoy our fruit mountains/vineyard for a walk or a festive picnic. Other things to note A small café opens in the watermill on selected weekends. Children are welcome here, but cannot play without supervision. A stream borders our property and we work in our yard. Ladders, tools, etc. are our daily companions. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs and other pets. Day guests are also guests for whom you please book.
