The space On the ground floor, the property features a living, dining area kitchenette and traditional lime washed walls The kitchenette has a microwave, small fridge, sink , kettle and toaster. The living room has a small sofa, table and TV. The dining area has two chairs and an antique table. Upstairs there is an open plan bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, lamps, and a Victorian chest of draws. The room features a vaulted ceiling and exposed timbers with traditional lime washed walls. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet and heated electric towel rail. Outside Guests have the use of outside table and chairs and full access to the garden, meadow and recently planted woodland. A picnic table is also available to use with great views of the surrounding countryside and sea views across towards St Mawes.
