A cosy character cottage filled with period charm close to the stunning Lizard peninsula coast. ***Excellent breakfasts are available at Fat Apples Cafe , 0.9 miles or at Roskillys 1.2 miles. Advanced booking is recommended during the summer school holidays. The cottage is situated on the end of a 16th century farm house. 3.2 acres of gardens, meadow and newly planted woodland to explore. Guests from Europe are always warmly welcomed here. The space On the ground floor, the property features a living, dining area kitchenette and traditional lime washed walls The kitchenette has a microwave, small fridge, sink , kettle and toaster and therefore ideal for those wanting to make tea and coffee or a light snack and go out for evening dinner. The living room has a small sofa, table and TV. The dining area has two chairs and an antique table. Upstairs there is an open plan bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, lamps, and a Victorian chest of draws. The room features a vaulted ceiling and exposed timbers with traditional lime washed walls. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, basin, toilet and heated electric towel rail. Outside Guests have the use of outside table and chairs and full access to the garden, meadow and recently planted woodland. A picnic table is also available to use with great views of the surrounding countryside and sea views across towards St Mawes.
