Its combination of privacy, intimacy and spectacular views surrounded by palm trees and birds of paradise make it unique in the area. The house has a beautiful kitchen open to the living room and exit to the pool. It has 3 bedrooms which I describe as follows: the first one overlooking the pool has a double bed for two people, a large desk, 65-inch television, views of the living room, park and mountains. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a desk and beautiful views, palm trees, Tibidabo, the village of Sant Esteve de Sesrovires and mountains around it. It also has a 3-speed ceiling fan with remote control, electric blinds on all the windows of the house. The third room has a dressing room and suite with a full bathroom, ceiling fan and the same views as the previous one. The room has two full bathrooms and air conditioning and SPLIT heating. Fourth outdoor room for game room, office, exercise, relaxation, yoga, etc. Guest access You can use the entire first floor where the pool is located. The house entrance is on this floor, and it is totally private and intimate for the guests. In some cases, self check-in could be done with a keypad lock for key collection. This accommodation has two independent floors, with the first floor being the one shown in the listing. And the second floor is entered from another street with a separate door, where there is another private accommodation. There is a security camera at the two separate entrances. Other things to note We have a nice garden, giving peace and wellness to all guests. There is an area chillout to enjoy good times. A small Cenote with hydrojet and waterfalls to spend a day of relaxation. Outdoor shower located on the same rock of the small natural stone islet. Ambient light throughout the enclosure giving luminosity to every detail of the house. It is strictly forbidden to climb on the pool rocks because they are broken. It is forbidden to flush baby wipes and other personal hygiene products down the toilet. No noise is allowed in the garden after 10 pm. Playing music in the room and having parties is forbidden. Entry is prohibited to anyone who is not registered and authorized at the accommodation.
