Spacious room in bright beautiful Queenslander

Light and breezy Queenslander in Yeronga. Situated across the road from a beautiful park and just a few doors down from two great cafes and one of the best pizza shops in Brisbane. Walking distance from public transport, The University of Queensland and Brisbane Corso. There is a bus stop just across the road and Yeronga train station is 10 minute walk away. The room is simply furnished with a comfortable queen bed, clothes rack and shelving and a small desk. The space The house has a small balcony at the front that leads into an open plan living area & kitchen with an island bench. There are 2 bedrooms & an office space which I use to work from home. During your stay I work from home part time and when not working I’m usually out walking or paddle boarding with my dog Juna. Juna is a very friendly dog and is always exited to meet new people, however she is a high energy dog being a kelpie / collie & does do a bit of barking at other dogs as they go past the fence. We walk twice a day morning and evening and during the day you will find her chilling out on the grass in the front yard. I am happy to have a chat, answer any questions you might have but will also respect your privacy and leave you to your own devices as required.
