It is walking distance to the ATU University campus and the Marina. Local Amenities include: The award winning blue-flag Fintragh beach (5 km), Sliabh Liag the highest sea-cliffs in Europe (22 km), the Muckross Caves (11 km) and St John's Point, famous for its deep sea diving, and Light House (17 km). The space Location: Killybegs is 30 mins west of Donegal town along the Wild Atlantic Way. It is the largest fishing port in Ireland. The property is in the centre of the town, beside restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. Close to public transport and opposite the piers and boats and a 4 min walk to the marina. Free parking throughout the town. The unit is on the ground floor of our Bed and Breakfast (Seawinds B&B) with its own entrance. It consists of two bedrooms and a kitchen. The bedrooms are bright with large windows looking towards the harbour and town centre. The beds are comfortable queen sized (which can be make into two single beds if required). The two en-suite bathrooms have walk-in showers. There is a flat screen TV, desk, chair, and wardrobe in the bedrooms. There is no sitting room in the unit. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all your basic needs, to include pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, good size oven/grill and four ring electric cooker, toaster, tea and coffee. Outside Space: Guests can enjoy an outside seating area. Parking: There is free on-site parking, available on a first-come first-served basis. There is also free on-street parking and a free parking in the public car park opposite the house. There is a shared coin washing machine and dryer located in the building. Guest access The entire space is for the guests with private entrance. There is free parking on the street outside and public car park opposite and around the town. There is public transport just 50 meters away. Other things to note The unit consists of two bedrooms en-suite and a kitchen, there is no sitting room. Breakfast is not included, there is a convenience shop next door open from 8am to 10pm. There are a cafes open for breakfast within a 2 minute walkThe space does not have a washing machine or dryer but there is a shared coined washing machine and dryer on the premises.
