Private Suite In Stylish Sidmouth Home

Come and stay in our lovely home! Our very comfortable double bedroom has floor to ceiling windows which overlook our orchard & fields on the edge of Sidmouth. Tea & coffee making facilities are provided & there is a TV in the bedroom. Next door to your bedroom is a sunny lounge , this is for your private use . A private bathroom is right next door to your bedroom and is also for your sole use. The space Our house is a new build designed by ourselves just 2 miles from the beach. It is warm and cosy but also very light and airy with large south facing windows with views across the valley to the sea. You can expect peace and quiet when staying with us as we do not have children. We do have a little rescue dog called 'Chunky' who lives up to his name as the biggest Westie we have ever seen. Please don't chose to stay with us if you don't like/scared of dogs. Guest access We have a large driveway with plenty of space for parking. We are also on a popular walking route and there is a bus stop near the bottom of the lane (about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the house) During your stay We both work from home and so are usually pottering about somewhere if you need anything but it is a large house so you don't really need to see us if you don't want to! We keep ourselves to ourselves. Other things to note Tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge and toaster are available for your use. Our WiFi is not the fastest you'll find. This is why we haven't included it as a guest amenity. We are very happy for you to connect to it but if it is important to you to have excellent connection speeds we are probably not the right fit for you.
