A quiet house 10 minutes from the city center.

My house has a country feel and you will feel good there. It is quiet and sunny, and I take care of it. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The tram is in 5 minutes walking from my place and you will be 10 minutes from the center of Montpellier by tram.. Shops nearby, and a bike and scooter are at your disposal. The keybox allows you to be independent upon arrival. See you soon. The space There is a bedroom for 2 adults and possibly another bedroom in which I can install a mattress for a child. Guest access For the comfort and calm of the neighborhood, I only rent to 2 people + a child or teenager. You can enjoy cicadas and birds! Other things to note There is an electric scooter and a bike here that I can lend you but be careful... The bike is expensive and the scooter too so... I leave you the responsibility of taking care of it.
