The space Our newly renovated 2-room apartment KERA Stay 2 is located right in the heart of Merseburg and offers modern comfort for up to 4 people. The stylish decor, high-quality box spring beds and well thought-out furnishings make the apartment the perfect choice for fitters, business travelers or vacation guests. Important to know: The ceiling height is about 2.20 m and is therefore slightly lower than usual – but the cozy feeling of space is retained and is enhanced by the warm colors and the well thought-out lighting concept. The two separate bedrooms each have two high-quality single beds, which can also be combined into a double bed. For maximum comfort, bed linen and towels are already included. Each bedroom also features a modern 50" Samsung Smart TV with Waipu TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows at any time. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and basics such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil and sugar – everything is already prepared for you. The dining table can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The modern daylight bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, a practical washer-dryer, hairdryer as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Overall, you can expect a well thought-out and high-quality apartment that is also ideal for longer stays – centrally located, flexible to book, with a high standard and a lot of comfort. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible via a small staircase. Access is convenient and contactless: The front door key is in a key box, the code of which you will receive in good time before arrival. The apartment door itself is equipped with a modern Nuki Smartlock. So you can easily check in and out with your smartphone – no annoying waiting for keys to be handed over! Important: Access to the apartment will only be activated after completing the digital guest sheet – please do this in good time before your arrival. Other things to note Please note that the digital guest form must be completed before check-in. This is required by law and necessary to unlock your access to the apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a small staircase – not barrier-free. The ceiling height is about 2.20 m, which makes the apartment particularly cozy, but slightly lower than the standard. Parking is possible right in front of the house for 2 hours free of charge (with parking disc), even unlimited free of charge between 5:00 pm and 9:00 am. For longer stays, a private parking space is available in approx. 5-minute walk. Long-term stays are welcome – ideal for fitters, project workers and business travelers!
