All studios have a comfortable double or king bed with large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chest with lamp, desk and chair. A smart TV with Netflix is provided for your enjoyment. Untra-fast Wi-Fi is available to all guests, as well as USB charging ports and Ethernet ports. Paid laundry facilities are also available for communal use. The kitchen comprises of a Corian worktop, ample storage, induction hob, under-counter fridge/freezer, integrated combi microwave and kettle. It’s stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, washing up liquid, a sponge and kitchen roll. Each studio comes with hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll. Extra can be provided at additional cost. However, fresh towels will be provided weekly. CCTV is set-up in communal areas for your safety. Other things to note A refundable damage deposit hold of £100 is required before check-in. This is not a charge and will be released after checkout if no damage is reported.
