The accommodation located on the first floor of a family house with a terrace overlooking the sea. The house still offers an apartment for 3 people and a room with bathroom for rent. The location is quiet and sunny just a few steps from the rocky beach of Zambratija. The house is located in the Monteneto area between the two small villages of Bašanija and Zambratija. The strong points of the house are the proximity of the beach and the sea view. The bathing facilities are reachable on foot. The apartment with a private entrance has a corridor with an air conditioner, a living area composed of an equipped kitchen: fridge, stove with 4 electric burners, oven, coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses and pots, table dining room with 4 chairs, sofa bed for one child, chest of drawers, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area a beautiful sea view from the window. The complete bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, and bath towels two per person provided (changed weekly). The bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), two bedside tables with night lamps, and a wardrobe, and bed linen is provided (changed weekly). At the entrance, the uncovered terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. From the terrace a wonderful view of the sea, olive grove, and lawn. In the courtyard available for shared use barbecue and parking. The property is fenced. Crossing the garden, lawn, and olive grove you can reach the nearest rocky beach (150 m), not very busy in a few minutes. Continuing on the left side, you can reach the equipped concrete beaches, with gravel or sand. The equipped beaches offer the possibility to rent deck chairs and umbrellas, various beach bars are available where you can enjoy fresh drinks or fast food. The supermarket, the bank, the post office, bars, and restaurants are 400 m from the house. Guests have free access to the barbecue and parking. MONTENETO - ZAMBRATIJA Zambratija is a small fishing village located on the Adriatic coast. The pearl of Zambratija is its well-known and very popular sandy beach ideal for family holidays. The beach is equipped, it is possible to rent deck chairs and umbrellas. Near is the beach bar Destino, open from 8 in the morning until 02:00, which offers various types of drinks, fast food and organizes parties and small events for young people. The village also has two small private hotels Vilola and Villa Rosetta. The beach changes its appearance every few hundred meters so here you can find rocky, natural, gravel, pebble, gravel and sandy beaches. The area is ideal for diving, walking or cycling. In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag dam named “Diga”, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the promenade for the delight of children. To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag. There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, the adrenaline park Jangalooz for children with minigolf course near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino’, possibility of various boat or bus trips. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas. For non-beach days or evenings we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wishing to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small marvelous Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster.
