It has air conditioning, TV with Dutch, German, Belgian and French channels, Internet access, radio, Bluetooth player and separate toilet. The modern and elegant kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and espresso machine. A large wooden table, a seating area with an L-shaped sofa and direct access to the terrace make this space ideal for sharing good times. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms spread over two levels. The first three bedrooms are on the same level as the living area and pool. One has its own ensuite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. On the lower level is a fourth additional bedroom, independent and accessible only from the outside. This room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The 10 x 5 meter private pool, with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 2 meters, offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Favone.
