Set in a small countryside village, its close to M4, Reading's Business Parks & Shinfield Studios, and less than 10 min drive to Reading town centre / Thames River and 35 mins to Heathrow. Step outside and explore walks through open fields, rivers and walking trails. The space Welcome to your home away from home — a bright, spacious three-storey house designed for comfort, connection, and calm. The large open-plan living area features underfloor heated wooden floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large natural wood dining table perfect for family meals or a change of scenery for your laptop. The cosy lounge offers two comfortable sofas, a day bed, a flatscreen TV, children’s toys, and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. Work or relax in the spacious conservatory, flooded with natural light and furnished with a sofa — an inspiring space for productivity or quiet reflection. Step outside to the private garden with decking and an outdoor dining table overlooking peaceful open fields — ideal for quiet contemplation, morning coffee, or watching the birds. With its modern comforts, family-friendly touches, and tranquil surroundings, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and focus — whether you’re working remotely, travelling with kids, or simply looking to recharge. Upstairs has a large en-suite family loft room, another large family suite and a generous double bedroom, all of which are quiet and have countryside views. There is a family bathroom and an en-suite and towels, sheets and bedding are provided along with a hairdryer, iron and travel cot Guest access Guests have full exclusive access to most rooms; the lounge, dining area and kitchen, and access to the rear of the garden. Access to the garden, terrace and front are restricted to before 9pm only as we are surrounded by families, elderly neighbours and working people. Other things to note We have super fast broadband throughout the house. We prioritise a good nights sleep for all, and ask that there is no noise after 9pm - 9am. We are in a family area with young children and elderly people living on each side, as well as working professionals living in the annex There are no parties, gatherings of any kind at any time.
