Easy walk to the nearest coffee shop as well. Depending on season and availability, there may be Bikes and/or a kayak in basement available for guests to use (at your own risk). Feel free to take our growler to Stumptown for a fill to bring back to the house with you (and bring your own growler to take some home as well, their beers are tremendous!)
