Breathtaking sea view, south-west exposure with lovely sunsets. The space The guest house is divided into two units (MANDORLO and ULIVO) each with exclusive veranda and portion of garden. Each apartment has a living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchenette, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartments are furnished with elegant-minimalist style, houses 'design' while respecting the Cycladic style, and equipped with all amenities for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Each veranda is furnished with table, chairs and 'chaises longues'. It is an 'ECO' house, the materials used and all the equipment has been realized thinking of safeguarding the wonderful natural environment that surrounds it. The dirty water is retrieved, processed and recycled by a sophisticated system, to then be re-used to water the plants and flowers. In the basement of the house there is a common room to the two apartments, which can be used to store the luggage and any equipment. Guest access Private parking inside the property.
