Villa Can Cosmi is located in Es Canar and is an old country house built in 1923, which was renovated to create this beautiful villa. On a large plot of land with olive and orange trees, the 325 m2, 2-storey property consists of 2 living rooms, a very well-equipped kitchen with an American bar and a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms with double bed (one can be equiped with 2 single beds) as well as 5 bathrooms (3 are en suite) and can, therefore, accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a hairdryer, air conditioning in all bedrooms (hot and cold), a fireplace and satellite television. Bikes are also provided. In your private outdoor area, you will find a balcony, a spacious garden with grass, a fish pond and aquatic plants, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue area, a ping pong table, a pool, shaded sunbeds, hammocks for 10 people and an outdoor shower. There is also gym equipment available for your use. Furthermore, there is a bar attached to the house with a billiard table, darts, a TV and a stereo. The multiple outdoor dining and seating areas invite you to enjoy delicious meals with the whole family under the starry sky or to relax outside with a good book on warm summer days. Within a 15-minute walk, you will reach a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars. The nearest supermarket is located just an 8-minute walk away (650 m). A 12-minute walk away (1 km) the beautiful beach of Es Canar, with its turquoise water, awaits your visit. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Events (for a maximum of 55 people) are allowed but only upon request and with the expressed permission from the homeowners,. There is an extra charge of €800 per event, which should be paid directly to the homeowner once the permission is given. For reservations of 10 days or more, an additional cleaning on the 5th day is provided for free. The homeowner produces their own Ibiza brand extra virgin olive oil. House rules: - The holding of events without proper authorization from the homeowner is prohibited, as is the installation of sound equipment that exceeds the noise level allowed by municipal ordinances. Due to the law, it is forbidden to play music, or make noise, from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. In the case of a claim or complaint from neighbors or authorities that do not comply with the regulations, the client will be responsible for the legal consequences, as well as the loss of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation and stay. - The owner will in no case be responsible for the accidents and/or injuries that clients and/or guests may suffer during their stay in the Villa. Customers must have their own vacation insurance. - The owner of the Villa may have free authorized access to the house, at a reasonable time, for the purpose of maintenance or repair, in the event of any damage or failure in any of the equipment of the property. - Guests are obliged to keep the house, its furniture, and equipment in the same state in which it was found at the beginning of the stay. - The Villa must be free of garbage upon check out (€ 35 / bag will be charged in the event that the owner must take out the garbage). - Also, in case of needing an extra cleaning of property after the client's check-out, it can also be charged to the guests. - The client is responsible for any breakage, damage, or loss that occurs to the property during their stay, and must pay the appropriate compensation to the owner, in the event that it occurs.
