Welcome to Domaine de la Ferme de Tumbrel, in the heart of Vexin. This charming stone house in an old farmhouse welcomes you for a quiet stay 1 hour from Paris. Renovated, it has retained its authenticity. Ideal for a stay with friends and family. 250 m2, a living room of 60 m2, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Its 5 large bedrooms all have a private bathroom with toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a wooded garden without overlooking. The space The house can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, both during the day and in the evening or overnight. It has 4 large bedrooms and 1 large studio. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (towels provided) and private toilet. The 5 beds are all 160 x 200. An extra bed (BZ, mattress in 140 x 190) is available in bedroom 3 (it is prepared on request). The beds are made before you check in. The studio also offers 1 kitchenette area. It is adjacent to the main house, the entrance is through the private garden of the house. The living room (living/dining room) is 60 m2. It has a wood-burning stove, which is in service from October 15 to March 15. Wood for a first fire is provided. You will also find board games for young and old, chess/checkers, darts, library, TV. The kitchen (20 m2), very well equipped, has all the equipment needed to cook for 12 people. The private garden, not overlooked, has a barbecue and garden furniture. This equipment is available from March 15 to October 30 and on request BEFORE arrival outside this period. You will also have access to a laundry room located in the barn adjacent to the house including washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board. Guest access You have access to the entire property, its private garden and parking. Other things to note Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Parties (very loud music until late at night) are not allowed. The house is "non-smoking", ashtrays are available outside. It is forbidden to recharge your electric car on the outlets of the house. A charging station is available in front of the village town hall, a 2-minute drive away. Early check-in (before 3 p.m.) and late check-out (after 11 a.m.) are possible depending on availability, with an additional charge.
