Welcome to Domaine de la Ferme de Tumbrel, in the heart of Vexin. This charming stone house in an old farmhouse welcomes you for a quiet stay 1 hour from Paris. Renovated, it has retained its authenticity. Ideal for a stay with friends and family. 250 m2, a living room of 60 m2, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Its 5 large bedrooms all have a private bathroom with toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a wooded garden without overlooking. The space The house can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, both during the day and in the evening or for the night. It has 4 large bedrooms and 1 large studio. Each room has its own bathroom (towels provided) and private toilet. The 5 beds are all 160x200 (hotel-quality mattress). An extra bed (BZ, mattress 140 x 190) is available in bedroom 3 (it is prepared on request), rather recommended for children or teenagers. The beds are made before you arrive. The studio also offers 1 kitchenette area. It is attached to the main house, the entrance is through the private garden of the house. The living room (living/dining room) is 60m2. It has a wood burning stove, which is in service from October 15 to March 15. Wood for a first flare-up is provided. You will also find a foosball table, board games for young and old, chess/checkers, darts, library, TV. The kitchen (20m2), very well equipped, has all the necessary equipment to cook for 12 people. The private garden, not overlooked, has a barbecue and garden furniture. These amenities are available from March 15 to October 30 and upon request BEFORE check-in outside this period. Guests will also have access to a laundry room located in the barn adjoining the house including washing machine, dryer, laundry rack, iron and ironing board. A ping pong table with balls and rackets are also available in this barn. Perfect for a wonderful stay! Guest access You have access to the entire house, its private garden, the adjoining barn and its parking lot. Other things to note Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Parties (very loud music until late at night) are not allowed. The house is "non-smoking", ashtrays are available outside. It is forbidden to recharge your electric car on the outlets of the house. A charging station is available in front of the village town hall, a 2-minute drive away. Early check-in (before 3 p.m.) and late check-out (after 11 a.m.) are possible depending on availability, with an additional charge.
