Welcome to Domaine de la Ferme de Tumbrel, in the heart of the Vexin. Escape 1 hour from Paris to an elegantly renovated 12th-century farmhouse. The Domaine de la Ferme de Tumbrel accommodates up to 12 people with 5 bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathrooms and beautiful living spaces, for stays marked by comfort and conviviality. A place designed for sharing precious moments with family or friends. The space Domaine de la Ferme de Tumbrel is an old 12th-century farmhouse that we have completely renovated with one idea in mind: to create a place where people enjoy getting together. Whether it's for a birthday, a family gathering, a weekend with friends or a few days with family, everyone should be able to enjoy moments of sharing... while maintaining their comfort and privacy. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. There you will find: 🏡 A large living room of about 60 m², ideal for sharing meals, chatting by the fire in winter (wood-burning stove, in service from October 15th to March 15th), or simply enjoying being together. You will also find foosball, board games for young and old, chess/checkers, dartboard, library, TV. 🛏️ 4 large bedrooms and 1 large comfortable studio, each equipped with its own private bathroom (shower and toilet). A real plus when traveling in a group. Bathroom linens are provided The 5 beds are all 160x200 (hotel-quality mattress). An extra extra bed (BZ, 140x190 mattress) is available in bedroom 3 (it is prepared on request), rather recommended for children or teenagers. The beds are made before you arrive. The studio also offers 1 kitchenette area. It is attached to the main house, the entrance is through the private garden of the house. 🍽️ A fully equipped kitchen, designed to prepare both a friendly breakfast and a large family meal. 🌳 Large private outdoor spaces, not overlooked, ideal for relaxation as well as for socializing. They consist of 2 gardens, one on the courtyard side and the other on the fields side. There is a barbecue and garden furniture. 🎯 To extend the good times: - petanque court, - ping pong table, - foosball table, - BBQ, - garden furniture. 🚗 Private parking is available, as well as a laundry room (in the barn adjacent to the house) with washer and dryer. The Domaine is located in a quiet environment, in the heart of the Vexin countryside, while remaining about an hour from Paris. It is the perfect base for discovering charming villages, local markets, hiking trails, or simply enjoying the tranquility. Our wish is simple: that you feel here as if you were in a large family home, where you create memories that you love to tell long after you return. Guest access You have access to the entire house, its private gardens, the adjoining barn, and its parking. Other things to note We love animals. However, in order to preserve the premises and the tranquility, we review each request for a stay with a pet. We ask you to indicate this in the initial contact message. We will refuse any animal that has not been notified to us in advance. Thank you for your understanding. Parties (very loud music until late at night) are not allowed. The house is "no smoking", ashtrays are available outside. It is forbidden to charge your electric car on the outlets of the house. A charging station is available in front of the village town hall 2 minutes away by car. Early check-in (before 3 p.m.) and late check-out (after 11 a.m.) are possible depending on availability, with an extra charge. Outdoor amenities (barbecue, garden lounging areas and dining table) are available from April to October (dates vary depending on the weather). If you need them outside these periods, we ask that you request them 1 week before your arrival.
