The house features a swimming pool, a spacious wraparound porch perfect for lounging, and an outdoor shower to connect you with nature. The eco-friendly solar panels help reduce your energy costs. Just a short walk away, you'll find the beautiful and famous Playa Kalki and Playa Piskado, perfect for snorkeling. Please note this property is for 12 and up only. The space Bedrooms: Two lovely air-conditioned bedrooms, ensuring a cool, restful night’s sleep. Living Room: Enjoy the breeze from open doors and fans – air conditioning is available but you might not need it! Private Pool: Relax in your own private pool, ideal for cooling off or enjoying some privacy (pool maintenance happens every Monday morning). Outdoor Bliss: Lounge in the hammock and take in the breathtaking views of the rolling hills – a perfect spot for finishing that book you’ve been meaning to read. Smart TV: Unwind with your favorite shows with mood lighting to set the tone. Outdoor & Indoor Dining: Enjoy meals at the picnic table on the large porch, or inside at the dining table. Outdoor Shower: Rinse off after swimming or snorkeling in the refreshing outdoor shower. Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking, including a dishwasher. Laundry: A washing machine and drying rack are available for your convenience. Electricity & Utilities: Please be mindful of energy and water usage. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, and costs are included. Excessive use (over 15kWh/day) incurs extra charges. No Smoking Indoors: Ashtrays are provided outside. Gate closed at all times: Kas Yeye is a nature lover's paradise – you’ll spot birds, iguanas, rabbits, and even free-roaming goats. Be sure to keep the gate closed at all times to keep them from nibbling on our plants! Location: Westpunt is peaceful and secluded, but please note there is only one small minimarket within walking distance, and the supermarket is about 30 minutes away. Remember to plan ahead, stock up, and enjoy the tranquility. Westpunt offers the most beautiful beaches and natural wonders on the island; snorkel with sea turtles, hike to the top of Christoffelberg, or witness the dramatic waves at Shete Boka – it’s all right here. Guest access The entire property is yours to use, except for the third bedroom which is private, and will be locked during your stay. Other things to note This property is only suitable for those aged 12 and up. There are security cameras on the outside of the property.
