Home in Milford

We are happy to have you stay here in our cozy warm and stylish home. The hot tub is open year round. Come play the ivory’s on our vintage Piano, play any music on Sonos and watch the games on a huge curved TV with a reclining comfy sofa. This is perfect for business guests and couples. You can request for your stay to be exclusive and I will make arrangements to be elsewhere, if I can. There will be an additional fee per night for that request. The space This is a cozy and relatively new cottage cape located in a quiet wooded area in Milford, NH. This is a 3 bedroom home with a gorgeous recently created private backyard with hot tub and waterfall oasis! Pictures do no justice. I can make arrangements for your stay to be exclusive (I make arrangements to stay elsewhere while you stay here). Please ask if thats available during the time you are requesting to stay here. Bedroom on the main floor is for guests only. Outdoor grill is available for cooking. Kitchen stove and oven is for the homeowner only. Guest access Please understand, your access to the entire house means the area guests use... . Hot tub, *waterfall, outdoor bar and grill, kitchen, living room. 1/2 bath down on main floor. Full bath with washer dryer located on second floor. *waterfall is seasonal from spring to late fall. Waterfall is open and running. This does not include access to the basement, garage, and the 3 bedrooms upstairs. During your stay Always a message away. Happy to give suggestions with any of your interests. I typically will be here to greet guests, then go about my day. I run 2 small business’ that keep me very busy. Other things to note Follow instructions for operation of hot tub and waterfall. We do have a dog she will be with me at all times. She’s very people friendly. We also have free range chickens and a lion head rabbit. We would be happy to leave chicken treats so you can hand feed them. Please no pets allowed, only human guests. 😁
