La Campone Complex for 8/14 people – MONTBEL The space Welcome to the cottages of "La Campone", a superb farmhouse several hundred years old comprising two adjoining cottages: a cottage for 6/10 people and a cottage for 2/4 people. Nestled in Villesoule, a hamlet in the heart of the Margeride, "La Campone" will enchant you with its calm, its conviviality and its naturalness, throughout your vacation. This cottage, ideal for families or groups of friends, includes the two adjoining farmhouse buildings: The 6/10 person gîte is step-free: * 1 large living room: integrated kitchen (induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator), dining area and seating area with bench, * 1 bedroom (one 140 double bed) with ensuite bathroom, bathtub, wall-mounted toilet, * 2 bedrooms (with a 140 double bed), * 1 living room sleeping area with TV (with 1 sofa bed and 2 single bunk beds), * 1 shower room, * 1 separate WC, * 1 cellar with washer, dryer, storage space. The 2/4 person gîte is step-free: * 1 living room: seating area with sofa bed and TV, integrated kitchen (induction hob, hood, ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator), * 1 bedroom without window overlooking the outside, with a 140x190 double bed and an en-suite bathroom, shower cabin, toilet, washing machine. Enclosed garden of 1500 m² and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. From the south-facing granite paved terrace, "La Campone" offers you an unobstructed view of the charming little "Ron Ponchut" wood, with Mont Lozère in the background. No pets allowed. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants. Linens and towels are not provided. Please remember to bring your own! Nearby you will discover beautiful natural and tourist sites: the lakes of Charpal, Ganivet, Naussac, Bouchet and Issarlès, the wolves of Gévaudan, the European bison of Sainte Eulalie, the Villaret valley... Parties are not allowed.
