Our airy and bright condo with white wash wood and beautiful view is just 5 minutes from Flagler Ave in a gated facility. Enjoy pool and beach access, full modern kitchen and exemplary view along with boogie boards, beach chairs, and other incredible amenities. Only available by the month The space Our space is located forwards the end of the inlet providing our guests with the cleanest and most private part of New Smyrna Beach. You don't have to choose beach or pool because guests will have access to both. Only two buildings share the pool that lies just the the left of the building. It is cleaned daily and has a hot tub for your enjoyment. There is also a larger pool, gym, office, and billiards table located in the club house. Minorca is a gated complex with 24-hour guard service. Guests have access to one parking spot in the garage and all parking outside the building. Each room has a queen-sized bed with its own bathroom complete with shower. The basic starter fridge will be provided upon request. Guest access Two pools, gym, club house, inlet, beach, amenities provided in the storage closet such as: beach chairs, bookie boards, cooler, umbrella, beach dolly, and sand toys. Other things to note Ability to rent our boat on the intercostal is available for those with experience upon request.
