Delightful cottage in stunning surroundings

Clatercote Cottage has undergone a recent renovation. A self contained single storey cottage with good wifi and ample secure off street parking. Comfortably accommodating individuals, couples or a family. Upper Boddington is conveniently located on the Northamptonshire/Warwickshire/Oxfordshire border with stunning local countryside. The cottage is perfect for week-long visits, a midweek break and local business trips. Guest access The cottage is within the grounds of the main house, but is detached with ample garden space surrounding it, to maintain privacy for guests. The owners of the house have one dog, who is extremely friendly and may be in the communal outdoor space. Please let them know if you would prefer the dog to be kept indoors during your stay. At times, there may be other vehicles that park on the drive. These will not disturb you stay and are only there when visiting another local business. There are three steps from the drive to the path leading to the cottage. These do not have a handrail. Alternatively, there is a grass slope allowing access to the building without using steps. Please note that it is a grass path although the grass is frequently cut.
