Enjoy the porch swing for morning coffee or outdoor dining - watch wildlife & enjoy the fresh air. Use our pier for fishing or relaxing in your free time. Parking is just 20' from the porch. The apartment features its own living room, kitchenette, large bedroom, big walk-in closet and private bath. The space Enter through the front door into the bright Living Room 10' x 10' with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, comfortable couch, slate flooring, dedicated workspace, 55" smart tv and windows overlooking the huge front yard. The Kitchenette features leathered granite countertop, large undermount stainless sink, mid-size refrigerator/freezer, custom cabinetry, microwave oven, toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig coffee maker and portable hotplate. Kitchenette is well stocked with dishes, towels, utensils, basic oils & spices, crockpot & blender. The bedroom suite features a large walk-in closet, 9' ceilings, ceiling fan, pine flooring, queen bed with new Zinus Memory foam mattress, black out drapes, three large windows, quality linens, 40" smart tv, , large dresser and a recliner. The en-suite private bath has pine flooring, linen closet, 36" vanity with marble counter and a soaking tub with shower and ceramic tile surround. The main home laundry room is accessible with an outside entrance for your laundering needs. Just message host so arrangements can be made. Guest access The entire space is for your use. Feel free to use the firepit and lake pier also! Cooking something special? ...just check with the host & use the main kitchen! Other things to note We do have three dogs who occasionally bark. Guests will hear this since the apartment is attached to the main home. They rarely bark at night. The adjacent door between the main home & the apartment is louvered for ventilation (the air returns are in that hallway.) The alcove wall is also constructed to allow for ventilation . This can also allow sound to travel between the spaces, but we try to be quiet & respectful of your privacy. Closing the bedroom door allows for that space to be very contained.
