House in mountain village

Our house located in the heart of the beautiful village of Longefoy is the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful vacation with family or friends. In winter as in summer, enjoy all the charms and especially the many activities offered by Aime La Plagne and its surroundings. Located at the start of hikes, close to the ski slopes of La Plagne, climbing walls of all levels or a whitewater base. After a beautiful day in the mountains, enjoy the comfort of our house. The space Village house, located in the heart of Longefoy, on a small sunny plateau of the Tarentaise Valley at an altitude of 1200m. Our garage, which can accommodate a medium-sized car, overlooks a room "after ski" equipped with storage and an additional fridge. You then go up one floor to enter the "living room", consisting of the dining room and an open kitchen. The living room is separated by a partition with a canopy to become an extra bedroom thanks to its quality convertible. A shower room with toilet completes this living floor. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet. The first has 2 single beds and 1 double bed (120) on the mezzanine. The second has a double bed of 160. Our accommodation is very comfortable for 5/6 people. It can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to the separate living room with sofa bed. Guest access The entire house is accessible to our tenants. Only a small room in the garage is closed to hold our personal belongings. Other things to note Linens and household linens are not included. Possibility to rent them. Housekeeping fees are not included. Optional for €150 per service. There is a grocery store and 2 restaurants in the village. Access to La Plagne - Montalbert resort 2 km by road with free parking and/or shuttle. Access to the climbing walls of Notre Dame du Pré 5 km by road. Access to the Aime La Plagne Whitewater Base 6 km by road. Numerous hiking departures in the immediate vicinity.
