The home is located in a convenient and quiet Lynnwood residential neighborhood. Alderwood mall, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, downtown Lynnwood, public transportation, I-5 and I-405 are just minutes away. Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett are about 15 miles away. Great for a family, couple, solo adventurer, or business traveler. The space The space is a two opened (no door) bedrooms mother-in-law apartment in the ground level of a house. This cute home has two queen beds. It can accommodate up to 3 people. In addition, the home has a dinning table, four chairs, a 50 inches smart TV, a kitchen, and Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen area has an induction portable stove, small oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Plates, bowls, forks, spoons, cups, knifes, kitchen towels are provided. Shampoo and clean bath towels are provided. The place has a large and grassy back-yard. Guest access The entire place is for you. You will have full access to the entire apartment through a private entry door. You also have additional access to the shared back-yard and nearby laundry room. Key code door entry will be provided when you get here. Other things to note Is your group larger than this home will accommodate?
