When you need to stretch your legs you can step out onto the porch and sit under the propane heaters on a covered porch circle up around fire pit area and with some cocoa and blankets. You're welcome to even pitch a tent or pull up your own RV if you like. Bring your pets and let them roam around the fully fenced and gated land. Enjoy the view from inside the RV onto the forested land and watch a show on the TV. We even have a projector and screen outdoors for you and your family and friends to enjoy. Several grocery stores within 10 and 20 minute radius, lots of great places to eat at the nearby Sunriver Village and Food Carts. Straight and direct access to Mt. Bachelor Lodge just 20 minutes away. Landlord is available 24/7 to help accommodate your needs and ensure you have an incredible experience. Guest access All of the property is available to explore and play. Kids can climb trees, play in the treehouse, ride bikes, etc... Some aspects are available for a fee; namely the Studio which has three workstations, external monitors, video, photography and recording resources, Mac & Windows desktops, green screen, digital white board and more. Other things to note Kayaks & Paddleboards are hard body, I have two, $40 each for the day - multi-day discount is available. Optional roof rack mount available for $10 per day. Bikes are $20 for the day. Weekly discounts also available. Optional bike rack for $10 per day with weekly discount. Optional trailer for rent, price TBD. ATVs, if not being transported but only being used locally are $100 for the day, big weekly discount available. XBox series X and Nintendo Switch (great for groups!) available for just $20 a day, steep weekly discounts available. Includes 4 controllers and lots and lots of games.
