Located in the heart of Champagne, in the municipality of Moussy. Le Cubry No. 3 Guest House is perfect for your stay thanks to its location. Located 4 km from Avenue de Champagne, Epernay train station and Epernay city center 1.6 km from a shopping center, car repair shop, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, and in the heart of our village, you will find: a bakery, a tobacco shop/newsstand, a hairdresser, a restaurant, and a champagne bar. 50 meters from the vacation rental, bus line number 6 will take you to the center of Épernay. The space Our cottage is a new house that we built and decorated ourselves. The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Can accommodate 1-6 people. The beds in each bedroom are configurable. Smoking is not allowed inside the vacation rental, but there is a terrace where our smoking guests are warmly welcome. No pets allowed. The cottage is equipped with free Wi-Fi and an electric vehicle charging outlet (Green'up). Guest access The vacation rental is composed of one floor, with a kitchen open to the living room on the ground floor, where you will find, in addition to the kitchen essentials: tea, Senseo coffee, herbal tea, salt, pepper, granulated sugar, herbs and spices, sunflower oil, olive oil, vinegar, paper towels, a sponge, a dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid, and a garbage bag. Also on the ground floor, you will find a flexible bedroom with either 2 single beds or 1 double bed, a desk, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a bathroom accessible to guests with reduced mobility, with a shower, sink, and toilet. A laundry room is available for your use, with a washing machine, a laundry capsule provided, an iron, a clothes airer, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a broom, and cleaning supplies. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms, both of which can be configured with either 2 Single beds or 1 Double bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet, desk and TV. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. There is also a bathroom with shower, bathtub, towel dryer, hairdryer and double sinks. One bath towel and one hand towel are provided per person, and bed linen is provided. For young children, we can provide a changing mat, bath seat, potty seat, highchair, travel crib, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. Simply request them when booking. The vacation rental is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Outside, we provide garden furniture for dining, a relaxation area with a sofa and armchairs, a barbecue, and a parasol. A private courtyard, adjacent to the terrace, is available for you to park your car securely, as well as an electric charging station. Access to the courtyard is secured by a keypad, and access to the cottage is via a lockbox. Other things to note The gîte is 300 meters from the MILTAT estate and the Château de Pierry.
