It's 2 minutes from the Belle-Clair Fairgrounds, 8 minutes from Skyview Drive-In Theater, and 15 minutes from Scott Air Force Base. In addition to everything Belleville has to offer, it is also just 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, the Belleville Bungalow is a safe and comfortable place to stay! The space The Space: • Comfortable sleeping arrangements- 2 cozy queen beds and a sofa bed, ideal for up to 6 guests. • Full bathroom • Full kitchen- Prepare your favorite meals in a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you need. • Second living room- A bonus space to unwind, watch TV, or catch up with friends and family. • Washer and dryer- Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities for your comfort and ease. • Climate control- A/C and heat to ensure year-round comfort. • Free off-street parking- Convenient and secure parking for your vehicles. • Outdoor seating area ****The booking must accurately reflect the total number of guests. This is important for setting up appropriate bedding and for our occupancy limits. *****We offer early check in when available for a 25 dollar fee. If available the unit will be ready by 2 pm. Other things to note The property is a duplex containing two separate units, so there may be other guests staying on the other side of the property. The inside of each unit is completely private. The outdoor seating area is a shared space, as is the parking lot. Each unit has one dedicated parking space on the lot. If more parking is needed, we can accommodate that upon request. Please be courteous and mindful of not blocking other cars in when parking your vehicle(s).
