Take a break above the bay of Herceg Novi & sit and relax to the sound of the nearby stream. The building is at the entrance to a nature trail. There are shops (Idea & Voli) within 500m, There are 3 (seasonal) pools & a children's pool too! Loungers are provided around the pool area. Tivat & Dubrovnik airport's are 25km & 28km away respectively making it convenient to get here. It's a great base from which to explore the bay area & Old Town 2.5km. The apartment is situated on the ground floor. The space The property is a new build and all equipment was bought new last year, enter via the ground floor door that opens to a hall way with bathroom to the left with a bath overhead shower with separate sink & washing machine. Continue into the living space with open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area, there is an extending dining table. There is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe & a king sized bed. Large patio door facing East overlooking a garden area, woodland and stream. The living area has a wall mounted Smart TV a sofa bed and patio doors leading to a balcony with table and chairs & a partial sea view of the bay to the South . The living room & bedroom has AC. The tiled floor is heated in all areas. The property has all basic equipment, towels and bed linen for you to enjoy your stay. Guest access Access to the well maintained Gardens Pools and children's pool/play area is included free of any charges during your stay. Subject to seasonal pool closures October-May Other things to note The property is situated at the top of a bank the last part of which is fairly steep and so i would suggest it is unsuitable for those with limited mobility unless you have use of a car or use a Taxi. Note on the Pools: To help you plan your trip, please note that our pools are seasonal. They are typically open from May 1st through September 30th. Outside of these dates, the pool is professionally winterized and unavailable for use.
