I am Maggalha and I rent 1 Double Room with 1 private bathroom, and you can use the rest of the house with a full description in the Airbnb Shared System. In the bedroom has 1 double bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi 700 MG 5G, 1 Dresser and I provide Home Style bed and bath linens. The house is close to all tourist attractions. The space The house is located in Vila Inglesa, one of Campos do Jordão's upscale neighborhoods, and my house is 1.5 km from Point Capivari. The house is also close to all the main sights of the city, including my home you can see Morro do Elefante, the cable car and Capivari neighborhood. The living room is large and all glass and very comfortable and with a fireplace and a combined dining room. From the living room you can see the Bosque do Silêncio and Parque Capivari in a panoramic view, it's amazing. The Fee to light the Fireplace is R$100 and payment can be made during the reservation via Pix directly to me. (2 mounds of logs = 4 hours of lit fire). I am the one who lights the fireplace to avoid domestic accidents, so please let me know in advance the night you want to light it so I can prepare the special firewood. Service fee is more to petals: R$100 and the payment has to be made in advance in a week because the roses are ordered from the city of Taubaté. Guest access The bedroom and private bathroom is exclusive to guests with bath towels, duvets, blankets and home style quilts. Access is inside the house. The entire space is fully sterilized every week for the well-being of the guests. In the bathroom closet there is a stock of bath towels, toilet paper and insecticides. When you rent the room, you can use the rest of the house, including the kitchen if you want to cook. I have Internet 700 MG 5g for work in Home Office. Other things to note The house has 110 and 220 volt electricity, (black outlets are 110v and red ones 220v) and I ask you to please pay attention to the voltage of your equipment to avoid short circuits and electrical damage to your equipment and also damage to the electrical part of the house, (short circuit). Please avoid placing a hair dryer, hair straightener or a HOT iron on top of the bed without the ironing board, which should be under the bed to prevent burning the bedding, or on top of the bedroom rug, which can burn and also get damaged. Please do not roll suitcases on the wooden floor of the house, as the floor is entirely wooden and can scratch. Please, if you spill water on the wooden floor, wipe it up immediately before the water penetrates, as it can stain the wooden floor and you will need to hire a professional wood floor scraper to do the rework. Please do not leave the lights on in rooms you are not using, especially when you leave the house to go for a walk. Please do not flush toilet paper down the toilet, and use the trash can next to it. When you rent, you are entitled to travel insurance through Airbnb: Air Cover.
