*Selah* Suite with private ensuite bathroom

Private suite on the ground floor of a detached house with a small outdoor area. very well located between Metz and Thionville. A short walk from the Amneville thermal spa, its zoo and its many family activities. In the immediate vicinity of the A31 and the A4 while being very quiet. A few kilometers from Luxembourg, Belgium, Nancy. 20 meters from the forest, 20 minutes' walk from the train station. close to all amenities (pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets, restaurants - fastfood) The space The suite is located on the ground floor of the family home that we occupy with our two children. We live exclusively on the upper floor of the house and we have a separate entrance upstairs. The entrance to the house is shared. Downstairs there is also the garage and an office that my husband uses at times (separate from the suite). The room is spacious. Perfect for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a crib and an inflatable mattress (maximum 3 adults and one baby). It has a BZ type sofa bed with a 13 cm "dunlopillo" mattress. It's comfortable. The suite can be prepared in "night" mode (sofa bed) or can be prepared in "living room" mode according to your preference. A small table with two chairs can be placed indoors or outdoors depending on the season. A coffee machine with pods. Upon prior request we can make available a kettle and a microwave. A barbecue is also available during the summer. Breakfast available upon prior request at a price of €6/person. A crib and an inflatable mattress can be added (upon request). We have a small bathtub and a high chair for babies as well as various adapted games. We also have board games and books available for all ages. Guest access You have access to the ground floor of the house for access to the suite with the private ensuite bathroom. The hall of the house is common. You have an outdoor space in front of the house reserved for you. We will use the back space. During your stay During the stay you can easily contact us by phone or directly if we are present on site. We will be happy to have a time to chat together on the terrace or in our living room! But we can also be removed to leave you all your privacy, of course, we will adapt to your needs :) Other things to note Please don't hesitate to ask for things in advance if you need anything not mentioned.
