Located in a very quiet area of Sant Esteve Sesrovires, just a 35-minute drive from Barcelona, this accommodation offers the calm of the countryside and quick access to the city. This apartment is my usual home, so there are some personal items in the room and it is not a neutral space. If you're looking for a sense of home, authenticity, and warmth, you'll love it. The space The apartment is spacious, bright and decorated in a warm, elegant and well-kept style. It has a very spacious and open day area, where the living room, dining room and direct access to a private terrace with unobstructed views of the countryside and forest are integrated, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or alfresco dining. Natural light floods the entire room thanks to the large windows. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped, with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, full kitchenware and a comfortable table for breakfast or informal meals. The guest room is very warm, with 2 bunk beds, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The price includes heating, air conditioning and WiFi. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area of Sant Esteve Sesrovires, surrounded by nature and perfect for those looking to disconnect without going too far from the city. 🚗 Connection to Barcelona by car: Barcelona is only 35 minutes away by car, with easy access via the AP-7 or A-2. Ideal if you're traveling in your own or a rental vehicle. Includes a private parking space in the building. 🚉 Connection to Barcelona by train: If you come without a car and plan to travel by train, keep in mind that the FGC station (line R6) is in the center of town, a 23-minute walk away. From the station, you have a direct connection to the center of Barcelona in about 40 minutes by train. 🌿 Natural environment and activities: From the same door you can go for a walk among fields, forests and rural roads. Ideal for hiking, running or cycling with views of Montserrat. 🍷 Wine tourism and gastronomy: Sant Esteve is in the heart of the Alt Penedès region, famous for its wines and cavas. You can visit family wineries and do tastings in nearby places such as Sant Sadurní d'Anoia or Gelida.
