We are just 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the historic center and Calle del Sol, the city's main shopping area. 10 minutes from the Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration, symbol of the heart city. A super quiet and safe area, cool place and close to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The space Spacious, clean, well-lit and very quiet place. Just 2 minutes from one of the main avenues of our beautiful city (Avenida Estrella Sadhala), just 5 minutes from the Colinas Mall and La Sirena Superstores. The house is extremely ventilated and cool, we have air conditioning and a fan in the main room, the secondary room has a KDK fan on the ceiling and another on the floor (standing). Everything is nice, very clean and organized. Guest access First floor, no stairs. Other things to note It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood.
