Apartment Landeck "Lechtaler Alpenblick"

The holiday apartment is quietly located in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps on a sunny slope, below the famous schnapps distillery village of Stanz and approx. 100 meters above Landeck. From here you can start directly on foot on various hiking routes (e.g. the Sonnenweg). In winter for skiing or in summer for biking, climbing and hiking, Landeck is perfectly located to reach the top ski areas in about 30-45 minutes by car: St. Anton, Ischgl, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Nauders, Samnaun... The space The holiday apartment is in the attic on the 3rd floor. The living area is divided into a sleeping, dining and living area. The sleeping area is slightly separated by a room divider shelf. There is a box spring bed with two separate mattresses, each measuring 90x200 cm. The bed size is a total of 180x200 cm. There are mattress protectors and a bed sheet on the mattresses. Cotton bed linen and cotton towels are provided free of charge and changed after 7 days. If you need fresh bed linen and/or towels sooner, I will be happy to change them. There is also a wardrobe for you in the sleeping area. In the living area there is a round dining table with two chairs, a large sofa, a television and a kitchenette. Above the sofa there is a large skylight from which you can enjoy the view to the north of the Lechtal Alps, such as the Oberrauhekopf and Wannenkopf. The kitchenette consists of a refrigerator, a sink, and an electric stove with two plates. All the basic kitchen equipment you need is available. As well as: coffee machine with coffee capsules, kettle, egg cooker, hot air fryer with grill function, raclette, and toaster. The living area leads directly to your own bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The basics such as towels, doormat, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, cotton pads, ear buds, toilet paper and a hairdryer are available. From the roof window you can also enjoy a view of the foothills of the Lechtal Alps. Guest access You park directly in one of the parking spaces directly at the house. Via the main entrance on the way to the stairs you come directly to the ski room, where you can store your ski boots and skis.
