With a separate entrance to our newly built apartment, you can enjoy your privacy and be all by yourself. Our cozily furnished apartment awaits! The space The apartment is located in our newly built single-family home. We moved in in August. The flat has its own entrance. It is about 40 square meters and has a living and dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating. The living and sleeping area has roller blinds. Access to the apartment: ATTENTION! The apartment is accessed via a short steep path because we have a hillside house. Kitchen: The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people. Dining area: In the dining area there is an extendable table that seats up to 4 people. Living room: In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed where 2 people can sleep. There is also an armchair and a TV that has all apps and can be used with your own account. Bedroom s: In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 m) and a wardrobe. We can provide a travel crib for children upon request. Bath: The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and towels. Garden: Our outdoor area is not finished yet. Therefore, only a stay inside the apartment is possible Garage: A garage, storage is not yet available. Parking is available anywhere on the street right next to the apartment. Internet : Fritz Wi-Fi, LAN possible, Vodafone CableMax 1000 Mbit/s Independent check-in: There is a key box at the entrance door.
