House in the middle of vineyards - Haus 44

Just an hour from Prague, 15 minutes from Litoměřice and 10 minutes from the town of Úštěk you will find spacious accommodation for families with children, lovers of hiking, nature, monuments, but also the necessary rest and good wine. A fully renovated house called Haus 44 is already waiting for you. We also offer breakfast (buffet style), which can be booked at least two days in advance or upon request (price not included in the accommodation rate). Go for walks and discover the beauty of the Bohemian Uplands. We look forward to seeing you! The space Ground Floor: The house is entered through a small corridor that takes you to the living room with a tiled stove, a large sofa and a TV with satellite. On the ground floor you will also find a dining room with a kitchenette and large French windows that allow you to enter the tall garden. There is also a bathroom with shower, one separate toilet and a spacious pantry. A small staircase then leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Last but not least, there is a children's room, which offers 4 seats on two comfortable sofa beds. Attic: Through the spiral stairs, you enter the loft space, where there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a TV with satellite. The room is complemented by a private balcony overlooking the vineyard. Garden: The surroundings of the cottage are a large, fenced garden, 2 gazebos with a smokehouse, a grill and a swimming pool 6 x 3. Sanitary facilities: There are 2 bathrooms available downstairs. First with toilet, shower and washing machine, second with bathtub and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Heating: Heat pump and wood stove. Transportation, Parking: Parking directly in the property in the fenced parking for 2 cars, in front of the house then for another 1 car.
