It has: Two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a French bed. 🚿 Two bathrooms: one full and one half. Fully equipped modern kitchen, Large bright and comfortable living room, ❄️ Air conditioning for every season. 🚗 Private parking included. The main entrance (gate) is 2.5 meters wide and the entrance to the private parking lot is 2.10 meters wide and 1.85 meters high. 📍 The house is in a quiet and secluded area: to reach supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and bars you need to use the car. But the peace and intimacy it offers make this home the perfect retreat to truly relax. Other things to note 🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, continuous time! Message us at least 12 hours in advance: The service is subject to availability. • Early✅ check-in (from 08:00): €40 • ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 pm): €50 🛏️ AMENITIES INCLUDED • Bed linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests and beds booked. • Basic kitchen kit: towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag. • Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper for the bathroom. ⚠️ FOR HYGIENIC REASONS, there are no food in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee). 👶 TRAVELING WITH TODDLERS? • We offer a crib and high chair upon request for children from 0 to 2 years old. • The service costs €30 for the entire stay, sheets included. 🐾 PETS WELCOME! • We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends upon request and confirmation. • Additional fee: €30 per stay. • In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, they will be charged. 🧾 TOURIST TAX • €4.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days. • Children under the age of 15 are exempt. • The tax is not included in the price of the reservation. ♻️ RECYCLING • We ask that you follow the rules of separate collection. • At checkout, the apartment must be free of waste. • Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied 🚭 Important note: No smoking inside the house.
