Cosy appartement in the heart of the village

This cozy and fully equipped apartment is perfectly located opposite the Montbazens market square(busy street during the day). It offers easy access to all amenities (parking, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants, etc.). Montbazens is a dynamic village next to the medieval village of Peyrusse le Roc and Bournazel and its magnificent castle. A 30-minute drive away, you can visit Belcastel (plus Beau Village de France) and Rodez. The space The LE SEGALA apartment is a duplex on the 1st floor which can accommodate 1 to 3 people. In the 20m2 living room, find a fully equipped kitchen with its dining island as well as a convertible lounge/TV area (single bed). Upstairs, in the 15m2 bedroom, find a 160 bed, as well as a desk for working. We will provide AC (only in the bedroom) during summer. The 5m2 bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. Other things to note Sheets, towels and household linen are included in your stay, as well as basic cooking ingredients (oil, vinegar, coffee/tea, etc.) CLEANING TO BE DONE ON YOUR DEPARTURE - A cleaning fee per stay is offered: - 15€/stay from 1 to 6 nights, - 30€/stay from 7 nights.
