Poggio la Fioraia, Old Farmer's House

The Old Farmer's House, has two floors and two independents entrance. You can enter into the living room or kitchen. The internal staircase allows you to access the second floor where there are bedrooms and bathrooms. The property is fitted with an independent heating system. You can dine 'al fresco' at the front of the house, (table and garden chairs for exclusive use by the guests). Guests have an infinity pool and sun loungers. Parking is free in the designated areas, not far from the house. The space L'agriturismo Poggio la Fioraia is located on a hill, therefore always very ventilated and pleasant, moreover the houses are very cool even during the hottest days. For this there is no need for air conditioning. The "Old Farmer's House" is part of five house/apartments that form the "Agriturismo Poggio La Fioraia". To access into the Farmer's House, you can use the entrance in the living room, through the balcony connected to the garden, or/and the entrance in the kitchen which opens onto a large terrace (for the exclusive use of the guests of the farmhouse). On the ground floor there is the living room with the dining area, and a separate kitchen characterised by an antique wood-burning oven (no longer in use). Upstairs there are three large double-bedrooms, one large bedroom with two single bed, two bathrooms with shower, and a beautiful "loggia" with four large arched windows overlooking the river Serchio valley. The Farmer's House is furnished in rustic style with some antique elements. There is a TV with Sky channels, and a small library with art magazines and various books in Italian but also in other languages. Guests can use (in a non-exclusive form) a large external surface in "terracotta", shaded by a Wisteria pergola, for lunch, reading or relaxing, outdoors.
